Dr. Stan Farrell received his training in Orofacial Pain at UCLA. A specialist in the treatment of TMJ, Dr. Farrell is a graduate of the School of Dental and Oral Surgery at Columbia University.

Farrell also received additional specialty training at the University of Chicago, and Albert Einstein Medical College.

Dr. Farrell has focused on the treatment of Orofacial pain, an expert in the treatment of conditions such as chronic headache and migraines; Farrell limits his practice to the treatment of TMJ, migraines, and related issues.

Dr. Farrell believes that when necessary, patients be diagnosed using a multidisciplinary approach, which at AZ- TMJ is possible without having to see several different specialits or doctors.

Farrell uses a combination of dental and medical examinations, to identify a particular patients cause for their headache, facial pain, or TMJ pain.
